In advance of the third international negotiating conference in Kenya in November, the Symposium "International Plastics Treaty Symposium" was held by Greenpeace Japan and ICLEI Japan on September 28th. This meeting, where CCET staff joined as a panelist together with other representatives from political and business sectors, civil society organizations, and research institutions, provided active discussion towards realizing the effective plastics treaty.
