CCET, in collaboration with UN Environment - International Environmental Technology Center (IETC) organized an open dialogue event at Kawasaki International Eco-tech Fair 2018 on 2 February 2018. The session focused on the role of environmental technology in international environmental policy arena, drawing examples from waste sector. Our senior researcher, Dickella Gamaralalage Jagath Premakumara delivered a presentation on the CCET's project in support of governments of Myanmar and Mandalay City for the development of national and city-level waste management strategy and action plan, and the technology needs in developing countries.

CCET also set up a booth in the exhibition hall to showcase its publications and activities, and to interact with prospective partners.
