The City Waste Management Strategy and Action Plan of Phnom Penh City, (2018-2035) Cambodia, which was developed by the PPCA with the support of IGES/CCET, NEXUS, UNEP and CCCA was officially launched on 17 Dec 2019 at the Raffles Hotel Le Royal with the participation of H.E. Hout Hai, Deputy Governor, Mr. Kazunobu Onogawa, Director of CCET and other key stakeholders and partners.
