The workshop to promote environmental education in primary schools was held in Serei Soaphoan Municipality, Banteay Meanchey Province,  Cambodia.

2-3 teachers from 28 local schools participated in the workshop and learned how to enhance proper waste management and eco school through environmental education.The supplemental education tool "Ecology Note" developed by CCET was distributed to the schools and will be utilised to teach waste management.  

The participants also visited Serei Sophoan dumping site and Hun Sen Sophy Primary School to learn the current local waste management.
